14 participants attend with one person bringing an issue, 6 to 8 people helping to work on the issue and the rest forming an 'outer circle', holding the space and everyone learning about this particular approach. It can help with interpersonal dilemmas that often arise in documentary work - from inner stuckness to conflict in group dynamics. It's an easy to learn and transferable method.

Andrea Dechamps is an integrative therapist, supervisor, coach and systemic constellationsfacilitator, alongside her role as a senior manager in end of life care.

Susanne Poelchau is a journalist by background and is currently director of the Bavarian Radio history and science departments in Munich, Germany. She is a trained coach, senior leader with years of experience working in, with and across organisations, and of developing people and their projects.
