Producer Vincent Du will show clips from his film set in Langfang, about 40 kilometers from Beijing, which is one of the most air-polluted cities in China. Far-reaching measures are needed to combat the fog laced with smoke and exhaust fumes that regularly blankets the city but the interest of local and national officials and industry come into conflict. With a dialogue between Vincent Du and Luke Robinson (both from Sussex University) about the ethics and politics of documentary making in China.
